Its really great value for the price, we were there in a large group and so the 3 bedroom suite was perfect. It had everything we needed, and it included a light breakfast.

I love my room, it's bigger than I thought. The bed is very comfy and the check in process is easy. The yellow bus the hotel provides also very reliable, even I have a very early flight. It's very recommended for people who wanted to have short stay for catching the airport in the morning. It's also very quiet.

Restaurant on site though it's not cheap. 5 minutes walk however there's a bakehouse with great hot and cold food, much cheaper. Also next to that is a liquor store supermarket and chemist. Good size room, comfy bed, great shower. I prefer this to all the other Auckland airport hotels I've tried. It's the best value for money.

loved the bed couldnt watch netflix only ordinary channels but thats ok was warm and cozy would. The price for what we got was absolutley awesome i would highly reccommend this place to anyone looking for accommadation. they have breakfast available for 15.00 plus if you want continential thats extra. loved my breakfast.

The price was excellent for the size of the room and facilities. Although the rooms are a little dated and could do with some upgrade in some areas, the spacious rooms and facilities in the room and on site are great. We always stay here and will return again. There is a restaurant on site for convenience and the food is reasonably priced. Also a launderette on site and there was a microwave in our room. The beds are comfortable and the airport bus picks up and drops off at this hotel.

The staff are the best thing about this accommodation. I was genuinely surprised because I made the rookie mistake of booking and paying online first, and THEN read reviews on Google. It worried me seeing the scathing reviews about the place, which set in a lot of regret. But can you imagine, to my surprise upon arrival, that the treatment and service I got was the complete opposite? The staff here were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond for every need, genuinely friendly too. For this particular stay, I was here for a few days before heading to Hamilton for the WasteMINZ conference 2024, and would return to Auckland the following week. You bet that I definitely returned here 😀 And yes, the staff are still as amazing as before. (Tip: If you don't plan on using a rental car, ask for room 118 if you stay here, it's such a nice room.)

Close to the airport. Though I didn’t know (first time stay over for international flight - which was a first) there it a bus (yellow bus service) that can take you to the hotel (circuited route of airport hotels) free of charge from the airport and also does pick-ups to the domestic and international airports.

Staff members at check in and check out were amazing !!! The room was well worth the money! Nice and tidy and only minutes away from the airport which is what we needed as we had a early flight the next morning ! I would stay again

Our stay was excellent. Kanshal served us at counter there was a hicup with our reservation he was another level of patience kindness and exceeded in his help to make us welcome and comfortable with minimum stress. Also next morning he was on was thankful for him when the shuttle bus didn't arrive he asked the manager what to do. The Manager I regret not writing his name down. He drove us to airport to catch our plane He is a very humble kind man who went of his way to help us. His enthusiasm reflexes on the staff and hotel.

The staff was excellent! Unfortunately, my family and I missed our flight and had to find a place to stay for the night. Luckily, we found this hotel just 5 minutes away from the airport, which was super convenient. Although the breakfast service was closed in the morning, two staff members named Kaushal and Ashvani went above and beyond to help us out. They kindly offered us a complimentary breakfast and made sure we were taken care of. It was a great way to start our trip to London! Additionally, the hotel had a free bus service to the airport, which was a huge help. All in all, the staff was excellent and made our unexpected stay much more enjoyable.
